RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:

• Items are returned in original condition with packaging and tags intact

• No signs of misuse, damage, or hygiene-related contamination are present

• Products were not damaged due to user handling

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• The return shipping is at your own expense

📌 NOTE: We do not offer free returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

1. Email info@byrnedublin.com with:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect

   • Full name and address

2. Wait for a response with the return instructions and correct return address

⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel. Items returned without approval or missing required information may be rejected.

3. Return Processing

• Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection

• A valid tracking number must be provided to process a refund

4. Exchanges

• For wrong size: Email us with your order number, the correct size needed, and a photo of the received item

• Once approved, you’ll receive an exchange form

• Send the item back, and we’ll ship the correct size at no extra cost

• Replacements for defective items will be shipped after confirmation

5. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Due to our automated processing:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

• If already shipped, please wait until delivery and follow the return procedure

To cancel:

• Email us at info@byrnedublin.com with your order number and intent to cancel

6. Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, you will receive a refund for all payments made for the returned items, minus the original shipping costs. If you selected a delivery option that was more expensive than our standard delivery, the additional costs will not be refunded.

📆 Refunds are issued within 14 days of: ✔️ Receiving your cancellation request, and
✔️ Inspecting the returned goods.

Unless agreed otherwise, refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

🚨 Important Instructions:

• All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia

• 📦 The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

7. Exceptions

• Customised, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable

• Returns missing the required return form or confirmation may be refused

• If the return conditions are not met, no refund or exchange will be issued

8. Return Address

All returns are handled via our central logistics hub in Asia. The correct address will be provided after we approve your return request. Returns sent to the wrong location are not our responsibility.
